What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm est
Friday: 9am to Noon est.
(Note: We often are working past these hours and on weekends. Feel free to try and contact us. We just might be available.)
How can I place an order for product samples?

Please note all samples are MADE TO ORDER. We do not carry stock levels of samples and you should expect to receive your sample within approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
Can I send you my own labels and / or boxes to be used for my order?
Yes, this is not a problem at all.
Can Prolabel USA make recommendations of products and artwork?
No, we do not make these kinds of recommendations. We have learned from the past that it is best for us to follow instruction of our customers.
Are the formulas manufactured by Prolabel USA?
No, we do not manufacture formulas at our facility. We source our formulas from only highly reputable labs inside the USA only. These formulas are then packaged in our facility allowing our customers to choose their desired packaging. We require our formula vendors to operate under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) as described by the Food and Drug Administration.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes, all of our formula are made in the USA but some containers are sourced from outside the USA.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
Most products can be purchased at a minimum of 300 units. However, we recommend that you contact us if you have any questions or request about getting a lower MOQ. Depending on the production schedule it is possible to order a lower MOQ.
Do you have a pricelist?
No, we do not have a pricelist for the products we offer. This may sound weird, but all of our products are offered in any container and any size, so we do not have the ability to create a pricelist that covers all these possibilities.
Most customers pay $3 to $5.50 a unit on the average.
